१००० आणि ५०० रूपयाच्या नोटांचे रद्दीकरण झाल्यानंतर माझ्या मनात उभे राहिलेले काही प्रश्न
१.राजकारणि आणि सरकारी अधिकारी वर्ग लाच मागणे बंद करतील का?
२.राजकिय पक्ष निवडणुकित नोटांच्या ऐवजी धनादेश वापरतील का?
३.उद्योगपती आणि राजकारणि सर्व प्रकारचे कर इमानदारीने भरतील का?
४.कोणत्याही कामासाठी नोकरशहा पैसे खातात हे बंद होइल का ?
५.बांधकाम क्षेत्रात बदल होउन बिल्डर लोक नोटा देउन बांधकाम नियमावलिला बगल देणे बंद करतील का ?
६. सिग्नलला लपून सामान्य नागरिकांना दंडाचा धाक दाखवून पैसे उकळणारे पोलिस चौकात उभे राहुन वाहतुक नियंत्रण करतील का?
७.दंडाचा धाक दाखवून पैसे उकळण्य़ाऐवजी पोलिस पावती फ़ाडतील का ?
८. याचबरोबर सतत वाहतूक नियम तोडणारे वाहनचालक शिस्तीत वाहने चालवतील का? सतत पोलिसांना नावे ठेवण्यात अर्थ नाही आपणही नियम पाळलेच पाहिजेत
९. बहुतेक राजकारणि लक्षावधी रुपयांच्या गाडीतुन हिंडताना दिसतात ,मोठ्या बंगल्यात राहतात पण कोणताही व्यवसाय किंवा नोकरी करतान दिसत नाहित हे थांबेल का ?
हे थांबले नाही तर कोणत्याही नोटा काळ्याच होणार
आपण जेंव्हा घरांच झालेली झुरळे मारतो तेंव्हा ती परत होणार नाहीत ह्याची गॅरेंटी आपल्यालाही नसते तरी आपण झुरळे मारतो... कां? तर त्यांची संख्या रोखण्यासाठी आणि किमान दोन दिवस तरी स्वच्छ घरांत राहिल्याचे समाधान मिळण्यासाठी.... ह्या आनंदाचे, समाधानाचे पृथःकरण वा अनॅलेसीस होऊ शकत नाही...गणितात 2-2=0 शक्य आहे पण आनंदाच्या, समाधानाच्या बाबतीत 2-2 = 20000000000 होऊ शकते. हेच पाहा ना, आयुष्यात फक्त आकड्यांचे गणित मांडणारे आज डोक्याला हात लाऊन बसले आहेत आणि आनंदाचे गणित मांडणारे शतपटीने आनंदी आहेत........
ReplyDeleteछ्त्रेसाहेब ्कॉमेंटबद्दल धन्यवाद आनंदाचे, समाधानाचे पृथःकरण वा अनॅलेसीस होऊ शकत नाही हे मान्य पण झालय काय कि या नोटा रद्द झाल्यानंतर बहुतेक सर्व लोकांनी कपाळाला हात लावला आणि आजही बर्‍याच लोकांना काय होणार पुढे हे समजत नाहीये आणि ही माणसे काळा पैसा बाळगणारी अजिबातच नाहित अगदी सर्वसामान्य माणसेच आहेत
Deleteमी आपल्या मतांशी पूर्णपणे सहमत आहे. आता मोदींची कसोटी आहे की या पुढे काळा पैसा निर्माणच होऊ नये म्हणुन ते काय पावले उचलणार आहेत याबाबत त्यांनी आपल्या सर्वांना विश्वासात घेऊन सांगायला पाहिजे. नाहीतर "गाढवापुढे वाचली गीता अन कालचा गोंधळ बरा होता", अशी गाढवे आम्ही आहोत असेच आम्हाला वाटत राहील.

ReplyDeleteBecause it is about Monitory discipline for now. How it permeates into the other walks of life remains to be seen. As long as the system allows for untalented kids become Doctors and Engineers and MBAs by paying capitation fees, Municipalities granting permissions for excess construction, contracts obtained without qualification, life will still go on as is.
As our PM first said, this exercise is to stem the counterfeit money and the hoarded money in the system. That means Traitors and super-rich people who have Crores of money. Of course the forthcoming state elections too, but he didn't say that!
However, a very large proportion of High denominations were in the hands of the Working middle class.You will realise that this action has mainly affected ( and got supported by them. Yet, All lines I saw on TV were from the Urban Banks, not a single from rural areas. Except for the country's favorite village-idiot, none of the politicians too were seen in queues. It is the average Tax-paying middle class man who is affected in his daily life.
When Rajiv Gandhi, in 1985, admitted that only 17 paise out of a Rupee sent on Welfare reaches the common man - Statement ratified by Monteksingh Ahluwalia ( Planning Commission chief) 24 years later - It indicates huge pilferage of money also implying that the Government machinery itself is the cause and creator of Black money.
After the successful jolt to General public, I hopefully look forward to Modiji to address the root causes of black money generation WITHIN THE SYSTEM he runs.

ReplyDeleteYour points are absolutely valid and true. Stopping the generation of black money is with everyone. For getting ghe work done faster and out of turn citizens use money as a vehicle .
So the entire paradigm shift has to take place. One has to stop giving money to get out of the situation where one is trapped and accept the fate and face it.
This will take generations together for this change.
But hard reality is the life goes on the systems starts working again
ReplyDeleteकुठलाही जागरूक नागरिक हेच प्रश्न विचारेल . संपूर्ण उकल करणे जरी अवघड असले तरी एक गोष्ट नक्की आहे की सुरवात वरून झाली पाहिजे . संजय ह्यांनी सुचवल्या प्रमाणे राजकारणी , उद्योगपती आणि उच्च मध्यमवर्ग ह्यांची जबाबदारी जास्त आहे . माझ्या मते संपत्ती कर ( इंकम TAX) जास्त ठेवून आणि इतर सर्व कर ( g.s.t) १० टक्के पर्यंत ठेवल्यास फरक पडेल . TAX- भरणारे फक्त १ कोटी आणि ते पण कर कमी दाखवणारे त्यामुळे आपण नागरिक होत नाही खंडणी देणारे होतो . शेतीवर संपती कर लावला तर काला धन जमवणारे श्रीमंत शेतकरी ( तरी ) कर भरतील .
वास्तविक फक्त २०,००० लोक १ कोटी किंवा अधिक कर भरत असतील आणि ते आपल्या पंतप्रधानाना पटत असेल तर प्रश्न कधी सुटेल असे वाटत नाही .

DeleteThe system is corroded from within, unless the root cause of the corruption is not addressed this situation will go on. The public has to support the initiative and ensure no one is allowed to use money-power to get things(mostly illegal) done.
ReplyDeleteVery true, Sanjay! Just 2 days ago - Meenal and I were in the car and both of us forgot to wear the seat belt. A policeman stopped us. He said - '४०० रुपये पडतील - पावती फाडू का?'. I told him - चूक झाली, आता काय करणार ... फाडा!'. Twice, he asked me - 'नक्की फाडू ना पावती?'. I told him, yes, go ahead. Then he said - 'बरं, मी दोनशे रुपयांचीच पावती फाडतो' and asked me to pay him Rs. 200. I then found out that the fine for not wearing the belt (for 2 people) is Rs. 200!! So, he was trying to scare me by saying that the fine is 400, so that I offer him 100 and ask him to let me go!!
ReplyDeleteतू म्हणतो आहेस ते अगदी बरोबर आहे! जो पर्यंत Black money generation थांबत नाही किंवा निदान मोठ्या प्रमाणात कमी होत नाही, तो पर्यंत काहीही उपयोग नाही! त्या पोलिसाला माहिती आहे की पकडले गेलेले १० पैकी किमान ८ लोक तरी पावती फाडू नको असंच सांगणार - म्हणून तो ही निर्लज्जपणे विचारतो!
